Holistic Consultation/Second Opinion
The costs for a holistic consultation and/or second opinion includes:
- $14 Office Visit
- $34 for each dog or cat for Physical Examination
- $39 for each exotic pet for Physical Examination
- $69 for each 15 minutes (or part thereof for the last segment) of the doctor’s time
Please bring with you to your appointment:
- Laboratory Test Results
- X-Rays
- Medical Notes and Records
- Your Questions
- Observations, including a diary of observations in chronological order, beginning the first time a problem was noticed.
- Original Containers of any Medications and/or Supplements the Pet is Taking
When you call for your appointment, please indicate approximately how much time you would like to reserve with the doctor.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment time to fill in the registration form. Or print one and fill it out at home: Registration Form
